Our Team
Landon is the CEO of Melior Development LLC, a mission-driven real estate development company specializing in affordable housing. With over 22 years of experience in developing and managing multifamily housing, he brings deep industry expertise and a hands-on approach to community-focused development. Throughout his career, Landon has successfully managed the development and operations of numerous multifamily projects, earning a reputation for integrity, innovation, and impact. In his role as CEO, Landon leads the identification and evaluation of project sites, formulates and executes long-term strategic plans, and oversees all construction-related activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective housing. His work is grounded in a commitment to creating sustainable, inclusive communities that address the critical need for affordable housing. He continues to drive the company’s vision forward by aligning development goals with community needs and public policy priorities.
Landon Barrow, CEO
Ty oversees Melior Development LLC’s financial strategy, day-to-day operations, and long-term fiscal health. With a focus on mission-driven development, he plays a key role in executing the company’s goal of creating sustainable and affordable housing communities. Ty holds both a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA with a concentration in Accounting from Murray State University. A licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA), he brings a strong foundation in financial governance and operational leadership. Prior to joining Melior, Ty spent nine years in public accounting in roles ranging from Intern to Partner. This experience provided deep expertise in financial reporting, compliance, strategic planning, and client advisory services across diverse industries. With a comprehensive background in both private and public sectors, Ty is committed to responsible financial stewardship, innovative funding strategies, and measurable impact in the affordable housing space.
